Main goal: connect to your body Secondary goal: build strength This class is designed to you ownership over your body. I will guide you through fun and funky flows that target certain areas of your body. After we have warmed up, I will give you a few minutes of your own time to explore. You are open to work on any of the flows I offer during class or you can creatively move your body in whatever way feels best for you. This class is for all levels and should be a challenge for the body. Recommended props: 2 blocks, blankets for joint comfort.
