1 Minute and You're in.
We will begin with a 30 minuted guided meditation. The goal of this meditation is to help you connect with your breath, your heart and your soul. We will begin tuning into that breath and then, together, we will go on a guided journey. This will lead to a space of silence before returning to full consciousness. The goal is to help you slow down connecting to the thoughts, become the observer of the thoughts and eventually detach yourself from the thoughts. This is a great way to reduce anxiety and stress, bringing in more peace and harmony. After the meditation, there will be space for sharing if anyone feels called to express their experience and to be in a safe space to feel heard. This is definitely optional and you are free to leave the class after the meditation portion.
