This class helps you connect to your body, allowing you to become aware of where you are carrying unbalanced energy. It focuses on your mental and emotional health and has a secondary benefit of relaxation and clearing your mind as an overactive brain is often tied to our physical, mental, & emotional stress load. Students of all levels will find themselves feeling grounded, less tense, and more peaceful.
