This 60 minute class will guide you through a vinyasa-based flow, that will focus on building your core strength to help you feel stronger throughout. With a focus on breath and movement to gengerate heat and energy, students will experience a deeper connection to mind, body and breath. This strength-based class is accessible to all levels of yoga practitioner and is sure to leave you feeling strong, grounded, and grateful for your body, mind and spirit. Please feel free to add yoga blocks, or straps to enhance your experience, should you have those available. Props are not required for this class.
