All in the Hips: Releasing Emotional Tension & Trauma

This 80 minute workshop starts with a lesson on the anatomy of the hip and an in depth discussion of why and how the group of muscles around the joint are impacted by trauma and hold the tension of emotional energy. The lesson is followed by a full length yoga class focused on guiding you through releasing any emotional tension you may be holding in your body.
