We will receive your assessment and contact you via your preferred contact method to match you with a class and prepare the teacher for your arrival. We will also answer any questions you have to get started.
If you decide you want to go ahead and give it a try we will collect a one-time payment of $22 which pays for two weeks of unlimited yoga classes. If we decide this is not a good fit we will not move forward with the 2 weeks.

"The online experience was pretty flawless. The class was on a familiar app and I had no issues with connection. The video was clear to hear and see. The teacher was interactive and greeted the class. Having interest in our whereabouts and energy.
