I highly recommend trying Jennifer's yoga class! She has a warm, upbeat personality and her practice nourishes my body and spirit. Her style of embodied, mindful yoga encourages each person to move and engage at a level that honors their own body and needs. Her class incorporates flow, held poses, focus on breath, and spiritual teachings. I leave feeling stretched, strengthened, and renewed for the day!
It was better than I expected. I have done zoom meetings and Telehealth visits so I experienced with online sessions. I wasn't sure how an 'exercise class' would go, but it was great! I would take one again.
Gia-Raquel was an awesome teacher! And I had the fortune of being the only one in the class! So it was great to have personal one-on-one instruction to make sure I was doing the positions correctly. I hadn't done yoga in probably 20 years so I was a little nervous to take a class, but Gia-Raquel made it super comfortable!
Very relaxed and flexible. Lots of good stretch. And I slept great that night.

It was actually my first online yoga class! I really enjoyed it. Montse did a great job staying engaged and connected with all the students. It felt intimate and sacred.
I loved Montse’s gentle yet clear and confident style. She gave great feedback on how to adjust our asanas, breathing and mindset for Yin yoga. I’m familiar with that style and the class was well executed and just what my body needed.

Taking an online class was a positive experience. It felt comfortable to be able to access the class from the privacy of home, and it felt safer not to have to drive on a super snowy morning.
It was my first time trying Yin yoga, and Montse really helped ease me into it by providing helpful explanations and modifications. She created a relaxed, open, and positive vibe for the class, and I felt comfortable as a beginner.
After class, I felt centered, grounded, and ready for the day.
I was nervous at first, but Krystal did a great job connecting with each of us and making sure we were comfortable doing our thing on our end.
Krystal was fantastic. Very calming and knowledgeable, offering several options for each pose to suit each individual body.
Calm, stretched out, strong and ready to tackle the rest of the day.
It was great - the connection was perfect, sound and picture were OK.
She was really good - always gave options for the asanas, meaning that people from different levels can take the same class;)

I love taking live online classes because you can take part wherever you are and you can talk to the teacher if something is unclear. For example, the teacher was in the US and I dialled in from Singapore.
The Vinyasa with Erin was a good experience. Usually, Vinyasa are quite fast and here I could take my time and Erin first showed the figures properly at a good pace. It was great that it had background music. But in general, maybe it would be better if the teachers would wear a mic so that we could understand the voice better with the music.
I felt energized and awake. It was a good start in the day to be ready to be productive.
It was very enjoyable and because of the wonderful pace and cues I did not feel like I had to watch the screen but could follow along without it....but checking it when I needed clarification.
Wonderful. Krystal's voice and pace was great and easy to follow along. My favorite class is a combination of Yin and Yang. I liked her class format....Yin, Vinyasa, Balance postures, slowing down and Savasana. One recommendation is to differentiate between Yin and Yang styles of yoga as there is a different purpose for each (Yin works on Connective Tissue, Yang works on muscles) and to go over the tenets of a safe Yin practice (playing your edge, relaxing the muscles in the target area, etc.). She left wonderful periods of silence which I think is important but some could have been used to go over these types of things.

It was good. I used to love to take classes in person as you find yourself in another environment, and maybe with the help of some relaxing music you can more easily 'let go'. The audio was a little weak in some moments (just a couple of times) and maybe it would be a good idea to give a link for a playlist to play in the meantime. Overall however it was a good experience! And in these weird times a very good tool to allow everybody to practice from their own living room.
I took a yin yoga class. I love yin yoga and the way it allows me to reconnect with my body and soul instead of staying all the time in my head only. Krystal was awesome and the class was good and just flew by.
Connected, sleepy, relaxed, calm
I enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great class that I really liked but there were some technical problems (as might be expected). I couldn't always hear and from my floor space I couldn't always see the instructor clearly one the camera was zoomed out. You need one or the other to follow the moves. This was my first experience of an online class and I did quite like the group setting (I normally follow YouTube clips).
Montse was lovely. She was very warm and friendly and took time to talk to us individually as well as a group. I liked her style of delivery and the moves were a good combination that seemed to flow easily through to the end of the class. I really liked the affirmations and the relaxed style of the class.

This was my first time taking an online yoga class and I was very impressed! It took me a few minutes to figure out where to position my camera, but if I were to do it again I think it would go very smoothly.
She was very helpful, asked all the right questions, and it was easy enough to follow along. The class had a good balance of movement and stillness. It was just what I needed.

The class was lovely, a very gentle, relaxing flow, suitable for all levels. I could feel my body open up and relax.
Gia-Raquel was lovely, her cueing is really good, she offers different variations for every asana, and her vibe is lovely.

It was a good experience, the teacher was very accomodating and was not forcing us to do poses immediately, she understands that each of us has different bodies and we have our own limitations and strengths.
I did the class during the morning and it was really an amazing way to start my day. I was sweating really hard and I felt good.
I liked it very much, it was easy to follow and brought very calm sensation.

I had some nice moments of focus during poses, and melting during shavasana.
I really appreciated Montse's tone of voice during class, she seemed very unpretentious and down to earth. Factual, kind and to the point, with some humor sprinkled in. I loved that!
She went through the poses at a pace and with cues that were clear and could have easily been followed by any beginner.
I felt nicely rejuvenated, tingly and fuzzy, after class!
Online is a great method of delivery. No connection issues

This class was a yin class. As a regular student and practitioner of this style of yoga, the teacher gave clear direction and options for multiple levels.
The after effects of yin, leave you open and relaxed. That was certainly accomplished with this practice.

Wonderful! The teacher gave clear prompts and instructions. Montse gave lots of beautiful mantras to help focus the practice and had a lovely style of giving lots of modifiers to ensure everyone was able to access a practice that felt best to them.

the online class was perfectly fine, however the first part of the class it was very hard to hear Montse, I understand why she did not wear a mike but when she was demonstrating certain postures it was very difficult to hear her, so made it a little hard to completly switch off, I did message her and let her know, she switched the music off and once this had been done I had no issues hearing her
Yin Yoga is my favourite and doing this class at 4pm (UK Time) was great, I love having time out to myself on my mat and Montse teaching style is very imfortative with lots of different modifications if needed, enjoyable class

Erin had a great presence and rhythm that I was able to follow. It was a gentle yoga class which was nice since I haven't done yoga in about a year.

It was so supportive and relaxing. Yin is great to take at home because you can make your space as cozy as you want, light candles, etc. and then make your way to bed!
Krystal was so helpful before and during class! She let me know what props to gather, and offered modifications for pregnancy which was really helpful, so I didn’t feel like I was skipping postures.
Great! My low back was still achy due to my stage in pregnancy, but I felt relaxed and my hamstrings felt comforted.
It's my first time taking an online yoga class and I was quite surprised by how easy and comfortable it was. I wasn't sure that online classes could work but it actually does!
Montse is warm, friendly and understanding. Her instructions are very clear and she leads by demonstrating. She is observant and guides you into the movements so you understand what you are doing. You actually feel your body responding easily and gently.

I was a bit disappointed that in spite of being in a small group, there was zero personal attention during class, ie the teacher did not check to see how students were doing during class. I could have also been following a youtube yoga class.
Again, sadly I was disappointed, cues were rather sparse so I needed to check the screen frequently to know what was happening. For the poses I was familiar with I did what I know works for me, but was given very little other options, than adjustments that seemed to work for the teacher.
Accessing and signing into the class was easy. The video quality was good. Even though the class was virtual, I felt connected to the instructor and other participants. The instructor gave the option of turning our cameras on or off depending on comfort level, which I appreciated.
The class was very well-paced and the skill level just right for me. The instructor did intro and ending check-ins, which created a sense of solidarity and made the class feel personalized. She also gave a lot of leeway to modify poses, take breaks - do whatever your body needed and was comfortable. I could tell the instructor was genuinely invested in participants feeling good and having an enjoyable experience.
I felt like I'd done something nice for myself and good for my body. My body felt looser and lighter. I was more aware of where I was holding tension and discomfort.
Virtual yoga is comfortable as you are in the comfort of your own home. Easy to connect. Thanks
Good class! A bit advanced for a gentle yoga class but really felt good afterwards.
Small intimate class with options to keep video on/off. Instructor was well-positioned within camera. Music and instructions were audible and clear.
Instructor solicited feedback/adjustments before and after class. She also went through a slower/calmer flow, with about half of the class focused on stretching. This was likely in response to the students' pre-class feedback of being newer to vinyasa/away from yoga practice for a while. Instructor included possible adjustments throughout class for intensity levels. She had a longer savasana, about 5 minutes.
Calmer, looser in body. Could feel it in shoulders the next day
Love online classes! I wish my house was a bit bigger but nothing you can do about that! Sound and visuals we're good. I could see and hear instructions clearly.
Such a relaxing class. It was well balanced between the yin and more active poses.

Great! Honestly, it didn’t feel much different from an in-person class. It was actually pretty nice to not have to jump in the car and go anywhere at 8am on a Saturday morning. I think I’d be more likely to show up to online classes. 🙂
Loved the class! I felt like the class was designed for me. Lots of hip stretches and working in all my target areas. The pace was perfect and the additional information about mind/body connection were super helpful in being able to stay in the pose. I liked that it was not about how the poses looked but on how you felt in them personally, pushing as far as you wanted to or not, depending on your body and where it was at in each stretch. There was also lots of options offered if you wanted to challenge yourself more in each pose or needed to back off a little. Great for someone like me who is just starting out, with less pressure to get the perfect stretch or pose.
I loved the bonus affirmations that were presented throughout the class. Again, I felt they were exactly what I needed and that they were designed for me personally. It was nice to be able to really work on my mind at the same time as my body.
I felt lighter and more energetic. More relaxed and free from anxiety or negative thoughts. My mind was lighter and my body was looser. I felt motivated starting the day like this and my mood was uplifted and more upbeat than previous days this month. It felt like a gift to myself and was exactly what I needed. <3
It was different but much more comfortable in my own home. I didn’t need to worry about the people around me and I could relax in my own space.
I enjoyed it very much and Gia-Raquel explained movements in a way I could understand as a beginner.
It was simple and to the point. I think I will play some soft music next time. I feel like that was something I was missing.
After class I felt stretched and relaxed. I slept really good last night .

It was wonderful. I'm currently stuck at home with a quarantined Kindergartener and I was able to enjoy a yoga class while still being there for my child if she had any questions regarding her virtual learning.
The class flowed nicely and was a great fit for me. The yoga instructor offered modifications for many of the moves that allowed me to continue without skipping a beat.
After the class I felt relaxed yet focused...ready to take on the day ahead.

I attended the Authentic Movement Flow class with Caelyn today! It has been so long since I have attended an in-person class, I felt so welcome to be invited into Caelyn’s home - so cozy and it seemed as if she created space in her day just for me! Even though the class was virtual, it was as if she was watching my body move because she gave the exact cues I needed to direct my body into better alignment, reminding me to use my blocks and offering variations when some poses didn’t work for my body. Thank you, Caelyn, for your friendly and welcoming class - I am looking forward to joining you and trying other offerings at The Virtual Yoga Studio!
online class is never as relaxing as an in-person class, but it was very enjoyable!
Vinyasa is my favorite. The instructor was prepared, she had a great set up on her end, she engaged us in the beginning to ask us about ourselves, she was calming and got our bodies heated up!

I discovered The Om Institute during a time when I was struggling with anxiety and panic attacks. My first class was with Krystal and it was everything I needed and more. She's an excellent instructor and afterwards I felt calm, grounded and relaxed. It was great to be able to take a class in the privacy of my own home too. I highly recommend The Om Institute!
Erin was very welcoming and made sure I was comfortable with what the class would entail. Her cueing was very clear and smooth. The class flowed seamlessly and it was over before I knew it

I felt very comfortable with montse - she created an online classroom that was welcoming and not at all intimidating. given this was my first online yoga experience, i was a little nervous and concerned that it wouldn't match an in-person experience but all of that evaporated once i joined the session to montse's friendly smile and gentle voice.
Attended my first Yin yoga class today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Doing exercise regularly I felt the class really benefited me as it gave me the deeper stretches I needed. Teacher was really knowledgeable and explained what Yin yoga is and why we do the poses. It was also great to see people from the other side of the world! Will definitely attend again!
This was my first experience with a zoom yoga class and yin yoga! What a great class. The instructions were easy to follow. I felt refreshed and relaxed after. This was a fabulous experience
Erin's good at leading you along through the movements and gave helpful cues/tips along the way. I also liked how she introduced herself at the beginning and checked in which us at the end about things we noticed in our bodies during the class (e.g., tensions, difficulties) and gave personalized suggestions. She also had a very calm/positive/non-judgmental feeling about her which really set the tone for the class.
I'm a slow person, naturally. But since I'm a mom and an entrepreneur, I'm used to rushing to get everything done for home, kids, business. And that's life, so it's ok. The problem is I have trouble slowing down even when I find time for myself. I keep speeding and rushing, so I get exhausted. The class I had in Om Institute on Saturday helped me calm down and get back in touch with myself and reconnect to my body. It helped me find my natural pace so I can relax and re-energize and get ready for the following week.
Very good the instructor was clear and made sure we were doing our exercises. I felt like I was the only one in the class.
Very experienced she had option for anyone who was unable to preform the movement.

This is my first time taking an online class over Zoom and it was way better than I expected. I recommend locking your dog up, which I did not... regardless is was so convenient and no excuses when you can do a class in your living room.
Gia-Raquel was great! She did a great job at cueing and explaining the movements as we went along. She made the experience relaxing and enjoyable even without being in the same room.
I felt way more relaxed and I definitely noticed that I was way less tight in my hips and stood a lot straighter. It was great to have the ability to do a quick yoga class mid day, without having to leave my home office.

The online experience was pretty flawless. The class was on a familiar app and I had no issues with connection. The video was clear to hear and see.
The teacher was interactive and greeted the class. Having interest in our whereabouts and energy. She made sure we knew that communication was possible throughout the class if need be for more explanations.
I really enjoyed it. The frog position was new I had never did before so that was exciting and relaxing. The choice of music was just right as well!! After class I had a cup of tea and continued with an productive day!!
I've been doing online classes, both taking class and teaching, for a while now, so the experience of doing class online was not new for me
I was surprised at some of her sequences, although many sequences were familiar. A few vinyasas were too hurried for me to follow but most were well-paced and easy to follow. I'm used to mirroring what I want my students to do if I'm presenting face-on; I don't mirror if I'm situated sideways.
I feel well, more mobile and well-relaxed yet stretched, just the right outcome for a lovely class
